was born in Binjai, North Sumatra, Indonesia. She was the seventh child of Kromo and Liana Madura and the first Christian in her family. Under the guidance of Methodist elementary school teachers and Sunday school teachers, a solid foundation was laid for her later conversion. After her conversion in July 1983, she served as children and youth Sunday school teacher in her local church. A year later, she came to the United States for seminary studies. After her graduation, she went to Taiwan and served there.
Moved by a calling from God to serve children, especially at-risk children and their families, she came to Fort Worth, Texas for Christian childhood education. In August 2000, she started her internship at DCFC and following her graduation in May 2004, she has served full-time as the children's minister.
黃秀綢傳道出生於印尼北蘇門達臘的民禮小鎮。在去世的父親黃天訓、母親廖玉枝的兒女中排行第七，也是家中第一位接受耶穌成為救主的人。黃傳道在衛理公會小學及主日學老師的帶領下，建立了認識耶穌的美好根基。1983年信主之後，即擔任兒童及青少年主日學老師，翌年，隻身來美接受神學裝備。畢業後，前往台灣，在路德會與衛理公會全時間事奉。期間，清楚神的呼召，服事的負擔是在兒童事工，特別是針對在困難中的兒童與家庭。故此，研究所期間，主修兒童教育，並同時在達城中華基督徒恩友堂實習。自德州西南浸信會神學院畢業後，即在恩友堂成為全時間服事同工。
