Brother Shang-Fei Lai came from Taiwan for graduate study in 1979, and hence provided him an opportunity to know the Lord in the Dallas Chinese Fellowship Church. He had served in the En-Fu Fellowship and Deacon Board. Currently he is the facility manager. He and wife Janet have raised three sons: the eldest one is working in New York, the other two are in colleges of UTD and A&M respectively.
賴勝飛弟兄於1979年由台灣來美進修，因而有機會在恩友堂認識神。賴弟兄先後在團契及執事會服事，2008年開始全職擔任教會的總務工作。與夫人林娟卿姊妹育有三子，長子在紐約工作，老二及老三分別在UTD及A&M讀書。
