Thanks for praying Lisa through the first week of SEND's Member Orientation Program. The first week and weekend of the program went very smooth.
It is exciting to see how God is bringing this diverse group of missionaries from the US and Germany together as a group.
Continue to pray for Lisa and the Member Orientation Program this week as they finish up. This week they will exploring topics, such as:
- Suffering & Sacrifice
- Moral Purity
- Multi-cultural Teams
- Marriage / Singleness overseas
On the mobilization front we are getting ready for a great year. This past week we've made some stronger connections with Michigan Theological Seminary and Columbia International University. Both of these schools are asking us to get more involved at their schools and provide them with chapel and classroom speakers. Keep praying that SEND can have close partnerships with churches and schools who are excited about sharing Christ with the unreached.
Thank you for praying for Caleb. He is doing great. The leg problems that he seemed to be experiencing earlier this summer have gone away and he is enjoying a great summer
of running, jumping, biking and anything else that a 6 year boy can do.
